Booking requests

We use your name, email, phone, dates, accommodation, guest count and optional comments to manage your request and contact you. Dates are temporarily held for one hour. Stripe payments confirm the booking after the deposit is received; transfers require owner verification. Guest data is private and is not included in public calendars or public endpoints.

Do not send photographs or copies of identity documents through this website. At check-in, we verify identity and collect the information needed for guest registration without retaining copies of your ID card or passport.

Retention

Retention periods are pending confirmation from the owners. This information must be completed and reviewed before the privacy policy is considered final.

Technical information

Data is stored in the accommodation’s database on Hostinger. There is no advertising analytics or individual tracking. Only a necessary session cookie is used for the owners’ private panel. If you choose card payment, Stripe processes the payment and receives the information needed for it. This website does not store card details.
